Where do you do parties?

GoinGamers is located in South Florida and currently operating in North Miami-Dade, Broward and South Palm Beach Counties.  We do charge a gas surcharge of $2 a mile for events located more than 20 miles from the 33160 zip code.

How many people can play at the same time?

We can accommodate up to 20 video game players (12 inside / 8 outside) at the same time (24 if you get the inflatable large screen). For outdoor Laser Tag, 20 players can play at the same time.

What games are available?

GoinGamers has all of the latest games for Xbox and Wii.  If there is a specific game that you want to have at your party, please let us know.  We will make every effort to have it at your event.  All M rated (Mature) or T (Teen rated) games will require the approval of  the party host.  It is ultimately the responsibility of the parent or party host to make sure their children are not playing any game that may not be approved by the guests parent.

Are the Laser Tag guns safe?

The guns we use are safe and not harmful to the eyes.

Can you play Laser Tag during the day?

Day or night, it doesn’t make any difference.

Do you need an electrical outlet?

No. GoinGamers has its own built in generator.  We can do a party anywhere we can drive to.

How much room do you need for a party?

The van only needs 30 feet to park. Laser tag can be played almost anywhere.

What is your refund and cancellation policy?

Any party that you cancel within 7 days of the event is subject to a 50% cancellation fee.  If you cancel more than 7 days before the event there is a $100 cancellation fee.

 What if the weather is bad?

The GoinGamers van is climate controlled so we can accommodate most weather conditions.  For a Laser Tag only party, if bad weather causes the event to be cancelled, the event can be rescheduled for a mutually agreed upon date and time for no additional charge. 

Is there an age limit?

 No, however most of the time the youngest is around 7 years old.

 Do parents need to supervise?

 Adults may join if they want, but no adult supervision is required for anyone over 6 years old.  You are free to enjoy some quality time with the other parents.

 Do you provide food, cake and drinks?

 No. At this time we do not provide any food or drinks.  Food and drinks are also not allowed inside the van.

 Is sales tax charged on parties?

Yes, 7% Sales tax is charged to all invoices.

 Is it appropriate to tip the Game Coaches?

 Gratuities are never required, but always appreciated.
